Return shipment
We understand that items need to be tried on and sometimes returned. At the same time, we want to be conscious of resources, because every return incurs costs and has an impact on the environment. That's why we check every return carefully instead of simply discarding it.
We therefore ask you to consciously consider which items you really need before ordering and whether a return is avoidable. If you still wish to make a return, you have the following options:
- Return with your own shipping:
You can organize the return yourself. Please make sure that the shipment is traceable (e.g. by means of shipment tracking).
- Returns with our returns label:
Alternatively, you can request a returns label from us. In this case, €4.99 return costs will be deducted from the amount credited to you.
Note, this option is only available for returns within Germany.
Once your return has been received and processed in our returns warehouse, the amount for the returned items will be credited. This can take up to 5 days.
